AM:
this morning we had our first AM wod at the tent city....nice job "G" and "sandbags" on the ladder workout!
PM: we'll have another fun filled day at tent city with some team (you go I go) training on our progression ladder.
Training: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy

Hey yall, it's Aims. Amazing what some AMEDD folks can do when they put their minds to it! I will definitely have to swing by the tent and see what's up!
