Late Evening Workout

Just a great picture, had to post it~
We focused on back squats this evening...reviewing good form:
Heels-shoulder width
Arch-lumbar curve maintained with tight core stability
Depth-crease of knees at or just below crease of hips
We chose the low-back bar position which was new to some....keeps the weight right over the core/mainline of your body!
