We had too many folks for a good focus day, so we did this instead:
warm up:
squats x 10
push ups x 10
sit ups x 10
3 rounds
WOD:
run 4 laps
21 KB swings
12 HSPU (or elevated push ups)
3 rounds for time!
Training: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy
