we talked about:
the set up, grip, dip, drive, catch position, neck positon, landing positions....
we saw lots of good growth of form!
Training: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy

You guys keep pushin' over there...we will miss you at our local Fight Gone Bad. It looks like a 'sweat-fest' in the gym!!! Go Hard. Hopefully...we can compare scores after this weekend!!!
