Tuesday--IOTV/Ruck March


Due to gym closures...
we did about 45 minutes of
Ruck Marching
and had a blast!

tomorrow, stay tuned as we're trying to find a gym!
maybe going to 3-10 gym or main if it opens....check back tomorrow after noontime.

I did this workout today:

30 HSPU
40 PullUps
50 KB Swings
60 Situps
70 Burpees

For time.

The burpees sucked....ugh
