Bring the Heat


As we're getting into the summertime weather, please remember to hydrate during the day and plan for lots of sweat during the workouts!!!!!!

Warm Up: teams of two:
suicide drills (shuttle runs)
squats
x 3 rounds

WOD:
100 ft walking lunges
box jumps x 30
pull ups x 20
x 4 rounds
