


we had an illness induced rest day today....hope everyone is feeling much better today!
Yesterday's IOTV workouts were awesome. It's a great way to add weight to a workout.
Remember to keep drinking plenty of fluids and eating right especially as the temp continues to rise!
Yesterday's Warm Up:
teams of two:
IOTV (about 30 lbs) squats
Skipping down/back b-ball court
WOD:
30 AB mat situps
25 Push ups
20 Box Jumps
x 5 rounds
