Warm Up:
Tabata (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest....x 8 rounds per exercise):
box jumps
hand stand holds
squats
WOD: Front Squats 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
working on FORM! and then Strength
Nice job everyone....we are starting to see some great progress in the squat position...remember "T's" UP
