Push Jerk


So we worked our push jerk tonight! We'll always work technique first then add strength to it as we progress....nice work all.

Warm Up:
backwards bleacher climb
elevated push ups
x 5 rounds

WOD:
Push Jerk 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
