Another great turn up for CF pain today!!! We are so glad to have the newbies returning for more each time.
Warm Up:
dodge ball/ hot potato/ pick an exercise to do 10x....
this was really fun, expect to see it again! and I did NOT plan all the burpee rotations, that just happened (however, I enjoyed the ice cream it bought)
WOD: CINDY
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
as many rounds in 20 minutes
We are seeing great progress in the pull ups! Keep up the hard work!
