Thanks to our friends from the research department who came out and got a little Tabata action! We're also glad that our firefighters and Hallie could come out again today.
WOD: Tabata style (20 secs work/10 sec rest x 8 rounds per exercise)
Box jumps
Push ups
Wall Ball
Abmat sit ups
Squats
Bonus round: fireman's carry your buddy down the basketball court and switch out for the return trip!
