Sledge Hammers!!!!


Warm Up:
teams of 2
run the yard, push ups x 2 at far end, run back
while teammate does squats
x 5 rounds

WOD:
Teams of 4:
3 minutes at each station, 1 minute rest between stations
sledge hammer tire slams
bunker climbs
box (table) jumps
skip/sprint the yard

Bonus:
tire flips
