Friday boxing

Due to crappy weather and the boxing event...we are taking the day off....
that is unless you were with our early group that went at 1100, we did:

WOD:
1 min stations x 3 rounds of:
95# squat cleans
back extensions
95# push jerks
decline sit ups

Hope to be back to business as usual tomorrow!

Everyone is invited to attend workouts...we love the community feel of suffering in large groups!
