overhead squats (OHS) 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Evening group:
warm up:
teams of 2, one member squats while the other runs, switch off every line for 2 sets of suicide-shuttle runs
WOD:
SDLHP (sumo dead lift high pull) x 100
Thrusters x 50
Ab Mat sit ups x 40
Dips x 30
Push Ups x 20
Dead Lift x 10 (rx 1.25 body weight)
we'll meet at 0800 by the CSH bus stop for a 5K run on Sunday!

we typically work out in the main gym, but occasionally we go to 1701 or work out in our csh area...we try to post if we're doing something different so folks can find us...like the 5K run tomorrow! hope to see some new faces
