Good-bye to good friends, Burpee-style











Warm Up: 3 rounds:squats x 10
walking lunges
push ups x 5


WOD: 10 rounds:
12 burpees
12 pull ups!!!!

Hey Crossfit Crew--just wanted to say goodbye and thanks for the memories. Working out with such a diverse group of athletes (and all around nice people) was the highlight of my deployment. Special thanks to Queen Kristin for making me squat 2 inches deeper and adding more weight to my barbell. Your power/strength is an inspiration to us all. I will be following the blog from sunny Orlando and wishing you all a safe and speedy return home.
