IOTV Hell












Warm Up:
burpee broad jumps
down and back the length of the b-ball court
with your IOTV on (+/- 30-50 pounds)

WOD:
As many reps as possible
for 1 minute at a station of:
(all exercises weighted with the IOTV)
box jumps
wall ball
walking lunges
push ups
floor wipers
3 rounds for time (we had 20 sec between stations to get to the new station)

bonus round #1:
buddy carry with both people in IOTV down the b-ball court, switch partners and return

bonus round #2:
burpee broad jumps with IOTV down and back the length of the court yet again!!!!!!!!!YIKES!!!!
