Monday...new workout times 1800 except Tuesdays















Warm Up:
3 rounds of:
10 slam balls
10 push ups
5 handstand push ups


WOD: 21-15-9
Thrusters (RX 65 women, 95 men)
Incline sit ups
4 laps run after each group


Bonus round #1:
plank off....great job, Katy won with 5min 45sec plank hold!!!


Bonus round #2:
run 1 mile on the track
