Saturday- better late then never!


Warm UP: teams of two...suicide runs and squats, our usual style...one runner, one squatter, switch out after every line, done for 3 full sets.

WOD:
wall balls x 30
double unders x 50 (sub 200 singles, or 4 laps running)
floor wipers x 30 (yes, two count reps...)
4 rounds for time
