Thursday Post-Sandblasting Workout


We all got lots of practice cleaning up after sand storms today!
We warmed up with more slam ball toss and sets of 10 of:
sit ups
flutter kicks
burpees
push ups
jumping jacks

Then the WOD:
teams of 3:
one team member must be running at all times while the others complete as a group:
box jumps x 400
wall ball x 400
push ups x 400
sit ups x 400

fun times!!!
