We had a change of time to 1730, then of course, the trip to the main gym to retrieve folks, then out to the new gym again.
THANKS to the bus driver!!!! Love the scooby bus.
ok, the warm up was:
15 walk outs
30 squats
40 situps
WOD:
as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
Clean and Jerk x 10 (rx of 95#, but scaled if you can't do them all in a set)
Run 200 M
Bonus Round:
fly across the monkey bars like you are 8 years old again! this is done while your teammate is doing PVC overhead squats (OHS)
