Warm Up: Push Ups x 10
Sit Ups x 10
Squats x 10
2 rounds

WOD: 5 RFT:
Cleans "by any means" (heavy that you can get 10 reps) x 10
Walking lunges with overhead plate carry (10-25#) out and back thru weight room
Pull Ups x 10

Enjoyed the JAZZ BAND tonight at Green Beans!!! Ya'll Rock!!!
Very few plan to run in the morning...but we're gonna bring it hard tomorrow afternoon....bring your brain buckets for the ride over at 1730.
