It's fun to have a birthday, Not so fun to have your CrossFit group torture you with IOTV workouts!!

Warm Up: all done with IOTV or weighted vests
Figure 8 runs on our stairs x 2
Push Ups x 10
Floor Wipers x 10
WOD:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Pull Ups
Broad Jumps short axis of b-ball court
Walking lunges long axis of b-ball court
Broad Jumps the other short axis of b-ball court
repeat the circle doing the required number of pull ups each round (total of 10 rounds)
