Ball throw
-burpees
-push ups
-squats

WOD:
50, 40, 30, 20, 10
Single leg box jumps
KB swings
Push Ups
Sit Ups

Tomorrow: we'll run at the track at 0530 then have IOTV WOD at 1630, main gym!
