Sunday





We did a 5k run this morning at 0530...nice weather finally!

Afternoon WOD followed the main site, looked like this for us:
Warm Up: Cindy
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
3 rounds

WOD: JT
21-15-9
Handstand Push Ups
Ring Dips
Push Ups

We plan to go at 1730 tomorrow....
