Thursday----ummmm, rib day!






Several of us have been running in the mornings....0530 or 0600, there will probably be someone out there for you to run with if you want to go.

WOD: something barbara-ish
20 box jumps
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
5 rounds with one minute rest between rounds

tomorrow: plan on main gym in the evening...plus we'll probably do Linda (bars o' death) at lunchtime!
