So we had a small group meet at lunchtime for a WOD....here's what we did...
WOD: 21-15-9
Push Press (something heavy like 65, 85, or 115#)
Bleacher runs (up the big steps)
it sucked, but didn't take as long as we thought...tomorrow should be back to the normal 1730 show time!
