Fantash-nish Friday



Some of our folks did the Army 10 miler this morning!!! way to go!!!

This evening we did:
3 rounds of
Dips
SDLHP
Push Press
Push Ups
Back Extensions
Sit Ups
L-sits/holds

First round 2 mins work, 20 sec rest between exercises
Second round 1 min work, 20 sec rest
Third round 30 sec work, 20 sec rest

Saturday: plan for CF gym, meet at CSH at 1730- dinner on your own afterwards...
