with IOTV weighted vest
as many rounds in 20 mins of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 dips
20 decline sit ups
tomorrow: AM: 0500 ruck march (shorts, boots, iotv, pack) ~5K
then VolleyBall at the CSH bbq area at 1730-ish
followed by smores! and Fire!
Training: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy
