Saturday Focus

Warm Up:
core ball work
plank x 2 min
decline
incline
one leg
knees to chest
hips/leg pull
x 20 each

WOD:
Overhead!

start with OVERHEAD PRESS x 3
increase in weight till you can't press it any longer
then move to PUSH PRESS
continue adding weight each round
till you can't push press...
then move to PUSH JERK
till you just can't go
any heavier!
