Warm Up:
15 mins of working on
double unders &
handstand holds
WOD:
overhead work
start with overhead press...
x 3 rep
increase weight each set until you have to change
to push press
continue with PP until you can't lift that
and change to
Push Jerk
increase until you can't make 3 reps
somewhere in the midst of all that,
do 200 decline situps at whatever rep/set you want
and complete 5 mins of plank holds
SAT: main gym 1730!
