Warm Up:
figure 8 run
3 hand stand holds
3 rounds

WOD:
as many rounds in 20 mins of:
12 push ups
12 wall ball
12 sit ups
200ft walking lunges

we'll be at the main gym, starting out at the bball court at 1730 every day but Tuesday...Tuesday is earlier, probably 1700 this week.
