Box of Opportunity



Warm Up:
wheel barrels across the b-ball court, then buddy carry your partner back to the start




WOD:
Box Jump 25
Overhead Press 25
Wall Ball 25
Push Press 25
Double Unders (or tuck jumps) 25
Push Jerk 25
once thru for time!

Some of our folks got extra credit for using the stage setup for a box jump!!! Impressive work.
