Sand Bags!


Warm UP:get a sandbag
move to pullup station with SB overhead
pullups x 2 mins (max reps)
overhead carry sandbag to tent city (200m)

WOD: Ladder Scaled (level 5: 15/10/5)
walking lunges
abmat situps
pushups
max sets in 20 minutes
NO workout Sunday morning....we'll run a 5K in the afternoon if the sand storm holds off!
Get ready for your 50 burpees if you cheat on the paleo diet tomorrow.
