Run, run, run as fast as you can!

Warm Up: jog 400M, and hey it's 108-115 degrees out, who needs a warm up?!!

WOD: Sprints
100 meters x 12
(we used the track, sprint the straights, walked the curves)


Thanks for being flexible on the time tonight, it is just a tad bit cooler at 1800 for outdoor runs.
