got ya dirty yesterday, so it was CLEANS today

Warm Up:
slam ball, one arm throws
push ups x 10
burpees x 5
lunges x 10 (each leg)
flutter kicks x 10
sit ups x 10

WOD:
skill development
cleans
1. chin to shoulder pull x 30
2. hang clean to squat x 30
3. full squat clean x 30

or:
As many rounds in 20 mins:
hang power cleans x 15
dips x 12
sit ups x 21
