Warm Up:
run: one time around the outside of the clam shell gym
20 pull ups
20 push ups
20 sit ups
WOD:
Gold Diggers (25-45# plates) x 50
Overhead plate carry once around perimeter of gym (same plate as above) x 50
KB swings (1-1.5 pood) x 50
Lawn Mowers (10-35# db) x 50
Burpees x 50

TWICE THRU!!!
