Push Ups x 20

WOD: 7 rounds for time:
Squat Cleans x 7 (65-135#)
Burpees x 7 (with highest possible jump at end)
Push Press x 7 (65-135#)
Knees to Elbows x 7 (up mod to toes to bar if able)
Gold Diggers x 7 (25-45# plates)
Good Mornings x 7 (body weight)
Run 400 M
