Warm Up: run one time out and back to blue lockers....about 400 meters
OHS x 10
Walk outs x 5

WOD: Cindy something or another...
Pull Ups x 5
Push ups x 10
Squats x 15
Run 400 meters....complete as many rounds in 20 mins as possible

Ring Pull Ups x 10
Push Ups x 20
Squats x 30
Run 400
AMRAP in 20 mins!
