Warm Up: Run 4 laps
Push ups x 10
WOD: Tabata style torture
30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest x 6 rounds of:
Box Jumps
Sit Ups
Double Unders
Wall Ball

Bonus Round: 2 person team sprints
suicide runs on b-ball court x 2 full sets per team member
BBQ for the FST was a great time....see we do party as hard as we work! and yes, it's near beer!
