Warm Up: Slam Ball Toss
WOD: EMOM (every minute on the minute)
15 mins of:
Burpees x 2
Box Jumps x 5
Burpees x 2
till round 10, then
Burpees x 2
Box Jumps x 5
Push Ups x 5
Squats x 5
last three sets escalated still to:
Burpees x 2, Box Jump x 5, Clapping PU x 5, Jumping Squats x 5!

SUNDAY: running 5K at 0630, leaving from LSA 16....then WOD at 1730-check back for location
