Ok so maybe it wasn't as fun as some in the past....but we did work hard again.
Running in the AM:
200M sprints x 6
WOD in evening:
Squats (front, overhead, or back....your choice)
+ turkish getups....more to follow on form/technique!
running in the morning at 0600....WOD at 1730, plan for main gym

Is someone there level 1 certified? I am not, but have been doing CF for about 14 months. I will be there in 2+ months, so I hope you all will still be hittin' it hard.
Does Speicher have the right type of equipment: bumpers, wallballs, jumpropes,kettlebells, etc?
So, we frequent several of the gyms around speicher...some have some CF equipment, most not specifically. I am currently the only level one cert that is doing our WODs daily, but we have a few that filter in often. Many have been doing CF about as long as you have. We are due for a bit of a change over, but our main crew will stay the same, so come out to the CSH when you get here and just ask where the CF'ers are and they'll find us for you. Oh yeah, I'd recommend bringing your jump rope!
