IOTV Tuesday





All exercises to be done with 30-ish pound weighted vest!

Warm Up: 3 sets of stadium runs
bottom-to-bottom tabata squats! (20 sec work, 10 sec rest-in the bottom of the squat, 8 rounds)

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9-6
Push Ups
Floor Wipers
with a set of walking lunges to get between the other exercises....or 6 sets of walking lunges!
yeah, all with the IOTV ON....bring it!
BONUS: squat cleans - find 3 rep max....or weighted decline situps/back extensions

tomorrow-gotta try to get transportation....but we'll meet at 1730....check back midday and we'll know if we have a ride
