Warm Up:

WOD: EMOM (every minute on the minute)
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Squats
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Push Ups

Bonus: 3 court lengths of burpee broadjumps!
Max rep pull ups (with vest on!!)
