Warm Up: litter carry teams of 4 to water point....load litter with 5 cases of water....proceed to tent city!
WOD: Ladder Rung teams of two:
squats/ situps/ burpees
in a you-go-I-go fashion (YGIG)
20 minutes for total reps
also note ladder rung your team used!
GREAT JOB team SIC!!!! We were filthy at the end of the burpees thanks to the dust!
