FRAN baby!!!











WAY TO GO TEAM SIC! Fran may sound easy, but we were reminded that she is a hard master!

Warm Up: teams of two:
one runner, one doing push ups
shuttle runs/ push ups in you-go-I-go fashion
x 3 rounds

WOD:
FRAN for time
modify as needed in weight and jumping or decline pull ups as needed

PR'd Fran today....last Fran in Dec was 3 minutes slower....I'm very excited about this training!
I hope everyone else loved it as much as I did.
